Cinnamon Trimmer is the Director of Training and Sales
for LseMod. She has over 13 years experience in commercial real estate
and has worked extensively with corporate and commercial clients in the
States and abroad.
Cinnamon began her career
in the industry in 1994 with Colliers International Silicon Valley, a
global partnership of real estate services firms with 267 offices in 57
countries. During her tenure there, she and her team worked in all
aspects of the field, including leasing, subleasing, selling and
purchasing over five million square feet of commercial real estate.
She represented both landlords and tenants domestically and
internationally. As a tenant rep agent working with medical device,
toy, and software companies, Cinnamon was a part of teams that
negotiated deals on properties ranging from 450 to over 600,000 square
feet.
While working at Colliers, Cinnamon
used LseMod as the driving tool for all her lease analyses, and saw
firsthand how LseMod’s flexible, easy-to-use format and professional,
standardized reports saved time, impressed the bosses, and won clients.
Cinnamon
joined LseMod in 2005, and provides demos, training, and support for
potential and established customers. She lives in Colorado with her
husband and three sons.
